zidoo x6 pro Out of order

Hello I bought a few the pro x6 but this one at the beginning was a green image and now I have no image , I tried to connect and disconnect the hdmi cable and the power cable but nothing to do ....

 

Try on the remote "display" it should try an another resolution for the screen, maybe it will work.

 

I try but if manipulation does not work what should I do?

 

The only other way would be to boot in recovery and erase everything... but I do not own a x6 so hope other user help you...

 

do you use the PHILPS TV?
