Zidoo X6 Pro and Western Digital 3T WD30EZRX hard disc

I hace a Western Digital 3T WD30EZRX hard disc formated on GPT. Zidoo X6 Pro do not recognize it using USB docking station.

¿can you help me?

Hi dferregu, I've just done a test, partitioning an USB 32GB pendrive as GPD and formatting it as NTFS, and my X6 see it perfectly, and also is able to write on it.

I hope someone from Zidoo or some other much expert than me will give you an advice.

we support NTFS, exfat, could format to those.

 

GPT is a state of NTFS and it is necessary for 3 TB and above....so, try undestend our sensate question and do something.....

I've just tested with a 4 GB HDD USB3, NTFS formatted, connected both directly and through USB HUB to my X6 Pro (last 1.0.28 rooted FW), and is seen and handled perfectly, also volume name is recognized.
For dferregu, if you have a Windows PC, you could install "MiniTool Partition Wizard Free", is really free for personal use, and then you can deeply check your HDD (and not only this, is a very powerful program!!!)
