Hi Guys, just received my Zidoo Z9X and the V6 remote. I've to say that this remote better the using experience ... the time response of the zidoo better significantly. but I've to ask ... Is it normal that the POWER button on the V6 remote do not turn off the unit? maybe this command works only via IR signal? Or there is something to map in the Zidoo to assign to the POWER button of the V6 remote the right shutting down function? thank you
the other thing that I don't understand is how to close the MOUSE function once activated. It remains active until it has passed some times. If I push the MOUSE function on the V6 remote the cursor remains active. Also with a long time pressure.
update: I readed the V6 instructions. The power button remains in the IR domain. So I've learned the IR power function from the original remote and now the V6 can turn off the Zidoo. Very happy. Remains to me the problem with the mouse function on the V6. the mouse function ON/OFF is perfectly working with the standard IR remote..... but if you activate it with the V6 ....you're not able to turn off the mouse-cursor function. Maybe the solution will be to learn the original remote function and assign it to the mouse button on the V6 ....but I've fear that this is not reversible! The V6 user manual to dot explain how to reset the remote..... Please give me some help. Thank you
