zidoo V5 remote control

hello,
bought the remote control from zidoo for expensive money and thought that a product from zidoo should be able to control their best product - the x10, but now i recognized that the voice function (mic) does not work? could you help?

you have turned ON audio over USB ? ( not sure if it also affects the microphone, but its easy to test )

 

oh, where to find this option?

 

under quick settings, there are like a handfull of options, impossible to miss

 

did it but nothing changed! the mic button-LED from the remote shines after pressing, but nothing happened. could someone from the admins answer and help me please?! i bought YOUR remote especially for YOUR x10, but the voice function does not work!!!!
