Zidoo RC

    Hi, i'm having problems with RC app. I read the QR with my phone (Moto G 2 generation), the app installs ok but then nothing happens. Start the app and no way of using my phone as remote control. I use ethernet for the X6 (guess that's not the problem). No error, no nothing, simply it doesn't works.

    Any idea?

    Have you pressed the button middle of the screen at the top where is say my devices. It should search then find the zidoo

    Yes, and no device is found.

    Are you connect to your home network? Wifi? You must be in same network of Zidoo device.

    Of course, same network. Didn't try to put the Zidoo via wireless, actually is wired.

    Mine is wired and it is working, have no clue...
