ZIDOO - NEO X - need a massive upgrade for REMOTE CONTROL

either physical or application are awful both U.I , U.X and Functionality especially when controlling the music on TIDAL.
One of the most selling point for this model is it's equipped with high-end DAC module and the customer expected the great audio quality when using TIDAL for what we paid.
BUTTTTTT.......you UI is not user friendly at all. Either physical remote control or application on iOS is way behind the market standard, you can learn from Apple TV remote control!

And if your DEV TEAM cannot think of for how to improvement, reach me out! I can suggest at no cost!
