Hi, For a few days, when I play music from the internal SSD of my Zidoo Neo S, after a while nothing happens... As if the SSD was no longer responding. I tried to save the 238GB of the SSD to an external hard drive but that also blocked.... Do you think the SSD is dead or could it be the Zidoo? If I do a reset, will that fix the problem? And will I lose the data on the SSD? Last question, if I open the Zidoo to remove the SSD is the warranty voided? Thanks for your help.
