Hi, with FW 12 for X9S, when I play MKV file with embedded subtitle, I turn it off, it stays off, even for the next MKV video or after reboot, which is what I want. For the same MKV file played with FW 16, I can turn off the subtitle for that play, but its auto back on with the next video, it does not stay off, meaning the setting is not sticky. Is it going to be that way going forward or it is going to be fixed? Within any video playing, I hit menu, advance, video information, an info screen popped up for exactly 30 secs, and goes away regardless of whether I am still scrolling and trying to see more detail. The 30 secs countdown to turn off info screen should be constantly reset back to 30 sec as long as there is activity, and the user can always hit the return key to get rid of it at anytime. Thanks
