Greetings I am new to zidoo and my new 5000 has issues. I am unable to see anything in my 2 disks other then the lost dir. 2 disks both new 14tb seagate on SMB. I can only see data when using the zidoo device manager but no my PC or Phone. Black screen happen also after around 5 hours of video playing the device is slow and black screen happens until I restart then issue is gone but then returns later???? help??????
If you're using an SMB share and a drive formatted in NTFS you won't be able to see the drive's contents. It's a known bug and should be fixed with the next firmware due "soon".
