Z9x is dead or not?

    My z9X just stopped working last week. Only the red light comes on the front and I even tried flashing it with USB drive etc, nothing changes or happens? I also tried the small reset button on the side of the box.

    Any other suggestions or is it toast? If its shot, does Zidoo stand behind it if its a year or less?

    Have you contacted Zidoo to see what they say?? Send them an email to service@zidoo.tv

    FWIW, when I have sent them emails with a question, they responded in a timely fashion.. so hopefully the same happens for you...

    Thanks for the heads up! its not been quite 24 hrs, but nothing yet. I imagine email is the only/best way to communicate with them?
