Z10 Pro, Stuttering, sound dropout in 4K movies, not be played

Zidoo Z10 Pro errors...

I updated the player and with version 6.4.62. I didn't notice anything but the new one is playing incorrectly. Now FW 6.4.65.
The problem is sound dropout in the movie,

I was wondering, doesn't the Z10 Pro have little RAM 2GB memory only?
Do I have to buy a newer version of the Z20 Pro for these movies?
Or would a better player be Dune or another? Is it the power supply?
I like the small cube though, the 12V power supply for the HDD is enough. Possibly problematic software or low memory.


Cyberlink give info, that minimum RAM is 4GB for UHD play movies.
