Z10 Pro poster wall not displaying...help

I have had my Z10 pro (1619dr) for over 2 years and have been loving it. I have an 18TB internal drive with over 9000 movies and tv shows. Everything has been going fine and I've been able to add, move and remove movies and shows as needed. This weekend I added about 6 movies and 4 new tv series's and now the poster wall won't display. The drive scan works fine and I was able to view the new stuff for a bit, but had to fix a couple of the shows that didn't match and other minor problems, but then I could'nt export the nfo files. I rebooted, powered off and on, and sometimes it will start the export and at 30% just aborts and restarts the device. Then if I try it again, it just says 100%. If I try to look at a category like "new comedy movies" it just sits there saying "** Loading Posters, Please Wait". I have seen that before of course but it never comes off that.

Barring wiping the disk and starting to re-scan from scratch, does anyone have a recommendation?
