Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Z10 Pro. After a few seconds or minutes of use, it stops responding to the remote control, although the player itself continues to work and play the file. Unfortunately, I'm unable to pause, stop, or perform any other commands. Has anyone encountered this issue before? At first, I thought it was a problem with the remote, but I just replaced it with a new one, and the issue remains. Sometimes the remote works for a short period before becoming unresponsive, and other times it doesn't work at all right from the start. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
