i am NOT installing "foreign add ons" for kodi anymore, because those very often brings massive problems with it i am waiting for zidoo others should do it also also this source is not veryfied, so everything could be in this ZIP nice try

There is a re-compiled fix for the youtube plugin that works on any box. sorry spring, this is the official version of kodi from you! - out of the last firmware and the youtube version is the one which came from your side with the last firmware from you too meanwhile after the start of the problem only an automated update came but this did not function in zidoo kodi version evrything clear? so please look into it - thx sorry cyber7 - again - i do NOT install any plugins or addons from dark sources wherei do not know what to install this is zidoo problem and they have to solve it - thx
- @grummel2005 - this is now the official release... It works again running the installer in Kodi (just tested it), so my "fix" was incorporated... cheers cyber7
so an offical update via kodi will come next? i wonder that kodi has an official update on youtube but this is not installed automaticly
Actually, all the confusion regarding the Youtube release is huge! Kodi is not answering any questions via official channels (regarding the youtube plugin) and it seems the management of the entire Kodi suit is in disarray since the attack on builders of Android TV Boxes and the use of 'modified' kodi sources. I think it sucks and told them as much. Being a long-time developer and wiki-writer for both Kodi and OpenELEC, I think what they are doing is in very poor taste! As a last point, both KODI and OpenELEC will only support devices and builders if money is exchanged and a "sponsorship' deal is made. This is wrong on so many levels for any open-source software and is a total stick in my throat! With the refusal of KODI to support an honest small-company like Zidoo, who never advertised, nor condone and never mentioned in any of their dealings or products the use/misuse of KODI to support piracy in any way (like other manufacturers with their all-in-one kind of kodi releases) will not only alienate Zidoo, but also force the company (like what is happening now) to break ties with Kodi and start a complete new format to delver content.
