Resolved X9s shut down itself!

Hi,
While the unit play a movie it shut down itself after a while! The firmware is 1.2.11, but it happened before.
Can someone help me ?
There are some settings to do?

 

just shut down ? or it restarts ? can you turn it on by remote if its just " shut down" ?

 

Just shut down and yes I can turn on by remote!!!

That's strange. Can you time the shutdowns ? See if they are the same length ?

 

I don't know, the 2nd consecutive movie, approximate 100... minutes.

 

well its important. that's why i asked to time it. use a stop watch app on your phone. may be just a timed command from box or shutdown from TV ( do you use CEC ? )

 

Now when I am thinking, it is possible to comme from the AVR thru CEC

The AVR shut down MP thru CEC, because it was set by me, long time ago, to shut down itself after 3h.

 

Thanks, I just turned off CEC in the HDMI settings, I will see what that does

 

CEC is off and it still does it.
I also tried 2.0 and 1.4 HDMI settings.
Screen will go black and no audio after about 1.5 hours.

very annoying.

 

My unit was shut down completely, bat it no longer do so!
I also did reset to factory settings.
