I got my zidoo x9s 2 weeks ago, so far it played most of files well through external hdd. While it did play hevc 265 smoothly for all the file size that less than 5G, there are these 3 files which I consistently faced green screen and screen freezes problem, when made attempt to switch the zidoo off, unplug the power cord and reconnected again, several times, out of a sudden, it managed to play the file, when paused, switched off the device and switched on it the next day on the same file, same problem came back. This happened to both zidoo player and zmdc. Anyone has experienced this could advise? (All of the three files are from The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, this is one of it: The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King (2003) EE (1080p BluRay x265 HEVC 10bit AAC 6.1 Tigole) [16.42 GB])

1- DV update is no more... 2- have you tried both the player and vidon with same results ? 3- give details...what type of files
