x9s and ip control

i want to use my x9s with a rti xp6 controller
i'd like to know if it is possible to control the x9s by ethernet
with a line like this :
http://192.168.10.205:8008/system?arg0=send_key&arg1=power
where
192.168.10.205, is the ip adress of my x9s
8008, is the port
system?arg0=send_key&arg1=power, is the command
if it is possible can you give me an example and all the commands

i think "box RC" means x9s remote control
i've learn the ir codes of the remote control and i can use them in my rti xp6 controller
but i prefer use http commands, i like to know if it is possible
