Can someone with an X6 Pro please take a snapshot of your storage in settings and post on here. I feel like I am missing some space somewhere. This is a fresh reinstall of 1.019. I was going off what Zidoo tech support said to try but no luck. Here is what I have in the pictures.
The other space is used by the Android operating system(+- 2GB), it can't operate out of nothingness. The storage is also not full 16000MB, most storage chipset companies say eg. 16GB but total usable space is only about 15.0-15.7GB because of different ways they manufacturer and partition the storage.
