I can't record on Zidoo X20 from HDMI in - it sets up normally and I can see everything while recording, but after I press stop it goes to a green screen and restarts. Then I see on the recorded file there is only sound, but no picture. With my other device Z 1000 pro there is no such problem - it records perfectly. Probably new software is needed, but I see that the model is totally forgotten. Zidoo take care of your customers if you want us to keep buying from your brand! Why would I buy something that, if it doesn't work properly, won't be supported in just a few years?
