With all the Android boxes that I have tested, there is always one video that I start with to really test the 4k experience. This one: http://downloads.4ksamples.com/4K-Chimei-inn-60mbps (4ksamples) .mp4 Just right click on the video and you can save it locally. At 24 seconds in there is a revolving pan of the plate on the table that always suffers from stuttering. So it would be useful to see if Zidoo can test this video in 2 environments. Firstly using your custom Kodi, outputting to both a 4k and 1080p television. Secondly, using MX Player, again to both 4k and 1080p televisions. The reason that I specify both types of television is that it may well be that on a 4k TV, the video may playback flawlessly but when downscaling for a 1080p set, it may not play so well. 1080p televisions are still going to be in the vast majority of users homes right now anyway, so this will be the majority of your prospective audience. In addition, if the ROM supports 1080p Youtube playback, it would be interesting to see how it plays as I have found that when it comes to panning shots, there is always micro stutter on all the devices that I have tested.
