Hi I am new user of Zidoo X9S. Why when I play DVD , although it can display the navigation menus and chapters, when the movie or concert is playing, the 'next' button and the 'previous' button on the remote control doesn't do anything. Can this be fixed? Also why doesn't the remote have specific buttons for Audio and Subtitle change?
