    1. Jittery recordings no matter what format, or SD/HD
    2. Can not set time without internet
    3. Can not timeshift, though it is advertised it can
    4. Can not schedule record more than one
    5. Can not even save the one schedule record
    6. Can not set bitrates in recordings
    7. Can not save default time of recordings
    8. Can not record and watch another file at the same time.

Really pathetic the amount of bugs in this box

    FIX IT!!!

What do you mean by "Can not even save the one schedule record"?

Say for example you set to record at 8pm for 3 hours.
As soon as that record is finished, it defaults back again to a 10 minute record preference and the 8pm schedule you just made is wiped out.
So you have to keep setting it for 8pm (for example) every day you want to record.
It basically has no 'pvr' function other than a 1 time record.

I have one question... when you add a scheduled recording to the list.. and you power off and restart the device... is the recording still in the list or everything is cleared? I don't see anything stored in the source code.

everything is cleared as soon as the recording finishes
Also the default time gets set back to 10 minutes.

I am not sure what happens if you set a schedule ahead X amount of hours, power off, then power back on before the X hour starts, what would happen.
Is this what you are asking?

I just checked on the tronsmart, and after a power off and re-power back on, the timer will remain.
I am checking now to see if it will auto power on at the set time.

It will not power on for a scheduled record.
The schedule will remain in the list as soon as you power on (after it was set to start), but it will soon be automatically deleted
