The pc's antivirus ( Kaspersky internet security ) detected viruses in the 2.1.22 ota zip file downloaded from Zidoo site.
After running the scan the antivirus deleted the zip file.
I checked that two times with the same result.
It was never happened before with the previous firmware versions.
It is safe to run it on the Zidoo x9s box?
    Thank you

It would be nice if you named the exe file you downloaded. What is it's purpose. what was the site named? The Zido x9s box does not run .exe files.
only PC's run those type of files. You have to be more specific when you ask a question!

Sorry, you are right, my mistake.
It's about the 2.1.22 x9s firmware zip file.

OK now understand. The exe file is just a wrapper that extracts the zip file which you then copy to a USB thumb drive and stick into your X9s.
I am sure that the antivirus is giving you a false positive. Just temporarily turn your antivirus off and run it to extract the zip file.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding.

It's not about an exe file how I posted in the beginning of the thread.

It is the 2.1.22 ota zip file that everyone can download from Zidoo site.

I just scanned it with Kaspersky internet security who detected the trojans related to zidoo ui.apk or something like that.

    Thank you for your help

Well I still think it is giving you a false indication. But do what you think is best.

Use 'VirusTotal' to run their scan (anywhere between 60 & 75 A/V 'engines'). Look the the descriptions of any of the 'hits', you can usually get an idea of what;s what (if you understand what you are looking for). False positives are very common. AFAIC, they are 'planted' (for lack of a better term) there on purpose from outside sources. The best examples are cracks, serials, keys & keygens. ;)

Thanks for your suggestion, but I already tried on VirusTotal with no luck because of the zip size.

You probably are right, the antivirus give me a false positive.

I kinda forgot about that minor issue.
Unpacking (de-compressing) that 'zip' file doesn't help either. The 'system' folder is around 750MB and there are too many sub-folders to try to send separately (re-compressing them again).
I doubt any F/W file would be infected, but I guess anything is possible with the level of corporate pirating being done in China.

I basically use my X10 as a media player, very little Internet use as it's not convenient having to use a remote and a mouse all the time. Add a keyboard if you are tiring to type web addresses in.
A 'real' PC works far better!

    Thanks for your time, videobruce.

In fact, me also, I use my x9s box as media player most of the time.
