Video stuttering every 20-30 min

I owned from yesterday this player.

Watch 2 movies with fhd 1080p h264 23.976fps, and dolby digital 5.1 sound from my synology nas over gigabit lan. I noticed time to time (every 20-30 minute) stuttering the video (the audio stay continuous, I used bitstream to avr) 3-4 sec long. Between this stuttering video played fine.
With other devices this movies played without problems.
My system: LG OLED TV 55UG910V, AVR: ONKYO tx-nr555
Tried Zidoo fw : 1.4.4, and latest official 1.2
Is any solution to my problem, and can I make somehow log file to help solve it?

I have the same issue but more often, while playing video. Video freezing for a second - audio keeps running.
Notice that this problem on KODI but not on ZDMC played, though the kodi configurations are the same.

 

are you using transmission or aria2 for any seed/download ?

 

What's the share protocol ? NFS or SMB ?
I recommend NFS for performance.

 

It's streaming from the internet OR from a network computer. the same problem.
