Video playing interrupted after about 40 minutes

Hi,

anybody of you has my same problem ?

When I play a video longer than 40 minutes, for example a film, in any format, AVI, MKV, MPEG4 etc. and with every player, VLC, android media player standard, Kodi etc. I don't succeed to watch the whole video up to end because after 40 minutes it appears the message error 'sorry, this video cannot play'.

Not for me, never.
Tiresome, but you can try a "factory reset" or for a more deep result a full reflash

Any other advice is welcome!

Question to Zidoo developer: is there a way for Effp1968 to send you a debug log to identify the cause of this issue?
Maybe your ZidooLog app the right choice ?

 

No, when the video stops the message in attachment appears and there's nothing to do, any log I can get

I wrote a long of time with zidoo team but they don't know what to do, aboslutely. The problem is also with the usb port when i Play a video longer than 40 minutes
