Video player with brightness/contrast and EQ?

Does anyone know of a decent player that will work on this box
where you can control video brightness/contrast and has an audio EQ?

Kodi player brightness/contrast wont work with h264 codec, and it has no audio EQ

VLC player is virtually impossible to use with this remote (and I have a keyboard, but still cant find any android keyboard shortcuts of any use) It does however have an EQ and bright/contrast controls.. but they are no good if you cant control the settings
