Video output problem

    Hey, I was just wondering if anyone else was having problems with a flickering green screen when playing video. It's been getting progressively worse, almost to the point where I can't use it anymore. I bought the unit from Amazon in late December. Any suggestions or fixes would be much appreciated.

    in what player ? Does it happen to all movies ?

    Just the default player, but to be honest I don't think that is the issue. When it happens I have to reboot the device and it happens on reboot.

    Do you have the x9s connected to amplifier through HDMI or directly to TV?

    Connected to an amplifier.

    Can you try directly on TV with HDMI and check again?

    Also, when you have the green color, say after a reboot of x9s, wait till it goes to menu, then change the source in the Amplifier to another one (doesn't have to be on or even used), and then back to x9s and see if the green stays.

    Try using a different HDMI cable as well

    This is a indication of a faulty HDMI cable...

    Sorry for the late update, but just got around to switching HDMI cable and the source and it looks like the problem is fixed Thanks for the suggestions and support, I really appreciate it.
