Hi Can anyone help me with an issue I’m having when trying to play mp4 movies from an external hard (same issue with all ext HD’s) When I Try to watch a movie it video matches the file first then shows a poster & sometimes a trailer but sometimes the video match doesn’t work and I get a black screen with the title and a play icon, however the file won’t play, nothing happens when I press play. I’ve just updated my firmware to the latest v2.3.35 and problem still persists. It’s not an issue with the files as about 40% won’t play. Please help it’s driving me mental
