After switching to another HDMI source in my AV receiver and the X9S is not in use for awhile, when I switch back I get "no HDMI signal" on the TV. The only way to recover is to turn the power switch off and on the X9S. What could be the problem (latest firmware)? Thanks
I have a similar problem with my Sony receiver. I haven’t found a fix and assume it’s a hardware of firmware issue. The only way around it is to change my HDMI output to the second out on my receiver and then back again.
Isn't there an option to send low frequency (or similar) audio to the receiver to keep it 'alive'? or, Doesn't your A/V receiver have a 'sleep' setting (or similar) that can be set to never? My receiver shuts off after 4 hrs of no user input (but that isn't the same problem stated here).
