Usb ports not working

    Is there a setting that turns them off or is the box defective

    No ive bought more than 10 units. This is one that i have purchased

    there is no setting. i'm guessing you can't reflash if the USB is not working. so. send it back

    P.S. you can try tho. may be a software not a hardware problem with them. so the bootloader may see the USB stick
