You need to release an update to the SMB sharing now. You are using v1 which was discontinued July 2015 which is long before this box came out. As of Windows 10 v2004 (the may 2020 update) it is no longer possible to steam media to your hub with windows 10 v2004. This box is now a throw out unless you provide an update. NO I AM NOT GOING TO BUY THE Z10, that is not an answer to a box that you still have not finished in the first place. You sent out a box with already discontinued technology, so its on your good customer support to do so, and for continued and future business.
