Resolved Unrecognized USB3 hard drive

Hi, I bought an external USB3 hard drive. I formatted it in NTFS + GPT but it is not recognized for my Zidoo X9S on any USB port ... A solution? Thank you !

 

more info ? type of HDD ? does it have its own power ? do you use USB hub ? does it spin ? does it appear under openwrt ?

never heard of Intenso, also openwrt reports 58 TB of space ? are you sure that HDD is working properly ? can you test it on windows ?

 

I tested it on W10 and no worries. I uploaded a video file to the hard drive.

I managed by removing partitions and reformatting directly with OpenWrt.
