Hello, I have a movie in 4k and as you can imagine it is to large to store in the zidoo so I have it on a USB 3.0 stick. For some reason I can only get the audio to play inside kodi and nothing when trying to use media center or "zidoo theater". The movie plays when I bypass the zidoo and connect it directly to the TV. I am also using a high qualify hdmi cable so that isn't it either. Maybe the zidoo can't do the 4k movies?
my zidoo x6pro works with 4k video mkv, etc .. (I use ZDMC or MX PLAYER PRO). I use it for 2 months and my personal library of 800 films plays them all! also ISO... only video that does not work are 4k whit 10bit h265 but 4k and 4k h265/h264 works good
Yeah, it looks like I am trying to play the 10bit h265 movies. I ended up purchasing the KDLinks A400 and everything is good now.
