Hi guys, I encountered this issue. My Zidoo Z10 Pro is installed with an internal 4TB HDD and connected with an external 16TB HDD. Usually I'd just bring over another external SSD with movie files on it to the device. However, I can't seem to paste the files from external SSD to external HDD in a certain movie folders. Any idea on how to resolve this? Another problem, I can't access my device IP on the browser. Key in the fixed IP will give me 'Connection refused' error on Chrome or any other browsers? Samba setting is enabled on the Zidoo.
