Hi, I always have the problem that when the technology is shut down, the Zidoo hangs up completely and can only be switched off by removing the power cable. I control this with a Logitech Harmony Elite. When switching off with the original remote control I've never noticed that. The second problem concerns picture dropouts from the sound when playing from the internal hard drive. The file can be played back over the network, but from the internal disk it intermittently stops. Is a WD Red NAS disk. I'm thankful for tips
