Some test examples - played on my Zidoo X9 with firmware release 1.0.2.7 and the playback quality over LAN with the built-in explorer and player (now significant difference to other players like Archos or MX Player). Used LAN connection from Zidoo to home made Windows Home Server 2011, connected with 100 Mbit/s (verified speed with Dune HD about max. 80 Mbit/s) The following samples are a mixture of HEVC, h.264 and VC1 files. Some (less than more) are fine, most of them are making troubles. Unfortunately. I'm posting them to give Zidoo an impression, what can be improved I do not mention any 1080p or 720p videos in this thread. Any comments from Zidoo or any other users are welcome. Not usable unfortunately. But this might be an issue of the high datarate and limited bandwith of the LAN interface (average datarate of 70 Mbit/s indicates to a highest datarate above 80 or 90 Mbit/s). As far as I know the LAN chip within the Zidoo box might be able to support 1 Gbit/s as well, so may be this is an option/motivation to add this
