Today I turned on my Zidoo UHD-2000 and the remote control simply doesn't respond. The device turns on via panel button and stays at homescreen, but I can't do anything without the remote control. I have the V9 remote control and it doesn't respond too. I tried to find the way to reset the player and didn't find it. Would anyone have a tip?
Hello, I bought the Zidoo HUD2000 a few days ago, and the same problem with the remote control. Anyone know how to fix?
I also tried with a second remote, and it doesn't respond you have commands. therefore the remote control is not faulty
