Chat trying to update softwer - but it goes out from software

please advice - just got it and trying to update zidoo X9S software.
tried several times. throw power off - no change...

Why don't you upgrade locally? Just download the f/w, put it on a USB stick and update.

hi after trying to find other advice's, non of them better than yours, tried to do "factory restore" - not working....
someone please advice....

 

tried both - from zidoo software' and after trying to update through boot option as in second picture
