In the last weeks i started to suffer the lack of new update of zdmc. Now kodi 17.1 is good and strong.... Some addons starts to compile with the new version of python and doesn't work well with older version. I need a zdmc update, or i will change the box. It is 6 mounth old.....
To be honest: I have changed the box due to the lacking software support from Zidoo. Many Kodi add-ons require https:// access and that is not supported in ZDMC 16.1. I was the proud owner of a X6 PRO and replaced that with a X9S. Unfortunately the software support for the X6 PRO seems to have completely stopped and also for the X9S there is no clue on whether Zidoo will ever develop ZDMC based on Kodi 17.x. I gave up and bought another box which does not require a special fork of Kodi to run. This makes me less dependant on the box manufacturers SW development plans.
Updated ZDMC based on Kodi 17.1 should be very high on Zidoo's priorities list. At the moment, the various addons suffer from the http->https transition in versions prior to 17.1 and Zidoo developers should rush to give updated ZDMC if they don't want to lose customers.
