Have a look to device settings: Date & Time > Automatic date & time > Use network provided time. It might take few minutes before time will be corrected to your local timezone after the restart/boot. I just tested this, after the boot the time and date was not corrected, but in few minutes these were updated to correct values.
I ran into the same problem, this fixed it for me: Step 1 Go to "Settings" → " Date & time" Step 2 From this screen, you'll want to toggle off: -) Automatic date & time -) Automatic time zone Step 3 Select your time zone from the "select time zone" drop down Step 4 Toggle on: -) Automatic date & time -) Automatic time zone Done!
Not working for me ... Not working for me. This is a really problematic machine. I cant belive that in the year 2015 is made a machine that cant show the right date and time...
Does anyone has a solution for this yet? As long as the time and date are wrong, kodi does't want to work properly. Not loading Trakt watchlist etc. Please help
I've set a static ip adres for the zidoo player and I noticed that in time the range for ip adresses got filled up for different devices in my network. So when I put on my zidoo player, the static ip adres is between a very busy ip range. I changed the ip adres to a higher ip adres and my problem seems solved.
Maybe the DHCP service in your network is wrongly configured, or is very bad implemented. If the service is provided by your modem/router, maybe it will be correctable, but depends on device quality. You can reduce addresses "lease time" to a short period (1 day is enough, but even more, NOT very great or infinite time!), and you can use "address reservation" for your important devices. If your X6 Pro don't get address from your DHCP, you must "exclude" its manually assigned address from the "addresses pool" of DHCP. I can't help you more, it depends on how the service is implemented in your device.
