I will preface this that I am currently on .016 with the 1080p kernel. First, overall I am very impressed with the hardware so far. With that I have a few bullet points of observation as of a couple days using the X1 The App Sling TV, doesn't stream past 1.5 mbps download even though I receive about 60 from SpeedTest. My Fire TV Stick is able to stream at about 5 using the app. Netflix streams perfectly after upgrading to the 1080p kernel First thing I do is uninstall the included XBMC and install the Google Play variant. It just runs better. Problems with CEC. Just general not working. Thats about it so far.
