Thinking of buying this but does it support amazon prime video?

    My TV does not have it and i would like to replace an aging PC. It does not have to be 4k streaming. 1080p would be just fine.

    if not, is it something which is likely to come with a software updated

    Yes amazon video works , but PlayStation vue does not , if the is what you use to watch tv channels with

    My two cents......I called Amazon and asked if I can have separate Amazon Prime video account password that is different from my shopping account password. They don't understand the necessity of it, so there is no plan in changing it.

    Android devices are not hack proof, malware proof....so on and so on. Use Amazon Prime video on your android devices at your own risk!!
