Hi guys, I have a Zidoo X8 with the latest firmware (1.2.11) and I still experience an issue with subtitles : the "italic" ones are still not properly handled (they are shown with the "<i>" and not in italic). Moreover, my X8 shuts down by itself when I watch a movie (of course I don't push the on/off button). Have you already heard about this problem? Thanks a lot for your update regarding these big issues. Otherwise, the X8 is a wonderful box, this is really a good device. Best regards

Me to same problem is in Home Theater applications. Subtitles can not to show italic, bold, underlined fonts (Example: <i>How are you?</i> instead of How are you?) My suggestion would be the subtitle coding: <b>bold</b> <i>italic</i> <u>underline</u> Perhaps another 3D subtitle problem: I would like the subtitles in 3D, do not be subtitle text offset. Is it internal subtitle or external subtitle? Only italic ones in external subtitles can be display properly.
Internal utf8 srt (the same as external) not working correct. Where is the option to always prefer external subs ?
Of course, first thing i did. External player can not handle internal utf8 srt the right way......should be core business. I dont have the time to rip the subs from 1200 serie episodes.
