Hello. Zidoo x20, age 6 months, daily for about 16 hours. One day my Zidoo x20 started acting weird on the remote. Then after switching off, he did not turn on, just turned the fan and the end. After unplugging, it worked again. Then he did not turn on again, until after an hour of disconnection from 230V. And finally, even after 5 hours without electricity, it did not turn on. I sent it to one vendor, which allegedly "I sent some commands via the RS232 port" and it's already working. But he doesn't know what it was. Does anyone have an explanation? Thanks.
