I reached out to Zidoo via their facebook page to ask about X7 firmware updates since nobody is replying here. The message I got back is that they are no longer supporting the X7... Time to look elsewhere guys
wow, so there was never really ANY support for it then, what a waste of money. Have just left a review on Amazon warning they are unsupported, and not to bother buying them, and to be aware of Zidoo's lack of product support
