SuperSU update

Hi, when I turn on, there's a message for updating SuperSU, but I couldn't. I've already read some posts in other sites, but how can we update in our box?

When ask you to update,you can choose "NORMAL" and will be a installing ,wait a moment will be Installation sucess! and reboot your device .Just like this ,it will be OK

 

Obviously I tried it, but didn't worked. I will follow spring's advice.

 

I updated it without any problems. Of course, i choose "normal" when asked, since i have no custom recovery.

 

I updated at version 1.0.20 and the problem still remained. Solutions?
