suddenly samba not working

hello
i had my samba server working like the guide
suddenly stopped working and zidoo keep asking for the user name and password
im entering it correctly but it keeps saying wrong user name/password
what is going on ?!!?!
why is it hapening
i tried everything
help please!!!!!

 

Witch app? If file explorer go to setting/apps select file explorer and delete data, try again

 

in zidoo x9s when going into file explorer native player and choosing smb
than it asks for password and user name

 

Go into android sttings/apps and find file explorer then delete data. It happen to me if NAS change ip. This is an android problem happening often, if and app give you trouble erase the data of the app.

 

but its the file explorer of the zidoo internal explorer
its not some app i downloaded

 

File explorer is an app, in home theater when you add a path it use file explorer.

 

i did restore to factory settings and it helped
next time ill try it
