Hi! I just recived my X5, and everything is fine but the sound. I use the AV output and the sound is too low. Even with the volume up to top on the TV I can barely hear it. Also, due to the low screen resolution I can't download the Zidoo TV RC app for my Android phone because I can't read the QR code. Any help is welcome. I do not want to return my X5, it looks like a great device. Thanks in advance, David
