1 – Use of micro SD card :
    - do not forget that the maximum capacity for microSD cards is 32 GB.
    - do not insert the card while Zidoo X9 is running, As it is not so easy, unproper insertion may cause trouble with the Explorer, and can make the card unable to be used, Insert the card while Zidoo X9 is off,
    - for uninstalling the card : do not remove the card from the slot before « logical » uninstallation,

2 – Use of USB stick (to be prefered for recording) :
    - use only USB3 memory sticks
    - as for SD card, do not remove the stick from the slot before « logical » uninstallation,

3 - How to speed up the uploading of files on synology NAS :
Uploading of files using the Zidoo explorer was long, long,,, you had time enough not only to have a cup of coffee, but to manufacture the coffee machine, No more now, limitation has been removed with the version v1.0.3.5.
Another way for uploading is to « mount » the USB stick in the slot of the Zidoo X9 on the synology,
    - first start the Zidoo NAS kit
    - on the web interface of your synology, and open the file manager
    - identify or create a directory which is to remain empty
    - go to « tools » and select « mount the remote directory »
    - the path is something like « \\IP of Zidoo\usb\sda1\hdmirecorder », by default user name is « smb » and password « smb »,

Then use the file manager of the synology to copy the file in the proper directory,
But it is now far more simple using the Zidoo explorer (prefer NFS protocol which is faster than SMB).
