   Here is a permanent solution.
   1- disable google playe services.
   2- install aurora store. here are the links:
   https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.dragons.aurora/
   No problem after.

   I suggest before disabling google play services to try and erase all app data to reset it. It is working in my case.
